Upwey Wishing Well Event – 25 April 2026
Join me at the beautiful Upwey Wishing Well on 25th April 2026, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, for a grounding morning of wellness. We’ll begin with a gentle Qigong practice to relax the body and calm the mind, followed by a seasonal herb talk exploring simple, practical remedies you can use at home. A peaceful and nourishing way to connect with nature and yourself.
