Meet Lynn May

Have the plants ever called to you? Whispered through their fragrance, colours, and quiet resilience that there’s more to learn? That’s how my journey began—an invitation from nature to listen, observe, and understand.

Holistic Roots

My journey into holistic wellness began with energy work. I trained as an Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna Reiki Master, learning how subtle energy supports balance and healing.

Later, I discovered the gentle power of movement and breath through Qigong. After five years as a student, my teacher invited me to train as a teacher and now I share this restorative practice with others.

The plants called to me next. Their wisdom led me to formal study in herbal medicine and naturopathy, including:

  • Anatomy & Physiology – 12 months study

  • Naturopathic Principles – 18 months study

  • Herbal Medicine – 36 months study plus 500 clinical hours

  • Iridology – understanding constitutional patterns

During my clinical training, I supported clients, assisted peers, and learned dispensary skills and management.

Our Philosophy

I believe healing is a partnership—between you, nature, and the wisdom of your body. My goal is to make herbal wellness simple, practical, and deeply nourishing for everyday life.
